JSM Consultingin pääkouluttajana ja ensisijaisena konsulttina toimii Jaakko Marin, jolla on 14 vuoden käytännön konsultointikokemus palvelujohtamisen ja palveluliiketoiminnan asiakokonaisuuksista ja haasteista. Jaakolla on monipuolinen osaaminen ja käytännönläheinen näkemys organisaatioiden palvelullistumisen kehittämisestä parhaiden käytäntöjen avulla. Jaakko on erikoistunut myös IT-palvelujohtamiseen ja tuntee hyvin laajasti mm. ITIL®, COBIT®, PRINCE2® ja ISO 20000:n.
Jaakko tunnetaan innostavana valmentajana, joka on tähän mennessä valmentanut ja kouluttanut jo yli 2500 IT-alan ammattilaista parhaiden käytäntöjen ja prosessiviitekehysten maailmaan.
Jaakolla on kokemusta myös johdon ja johtoryhmien konsultoinneista ja valmennuksista palvelujohtamisen osaamisalueella, muun muassa IT Governancen ja COBITin näkökulmista. Lisäksi hän on yksi Suomen laajimmin sertifioiduista IT-palvelujohtamisen osaajista.
